Job Description

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to provide short-term administrative support. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and discretion, as it involves working with highly confidential information.

Duration: Temporary assignment, up to 6 months

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and update internal notes and records
  • Save and organize emails and documents within electronic filing systems
  • Generate checklists from existing files and documentation
  • Prepare and complete mailings
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, clerical, or related experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or clerical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient with basic office technology and electronic filing systems
